CEO & Co-founder

Communications professional specialized in Business and Development from Universidad de Lima, with over 10 years of experience as a consultant for top 10,000 Peruvian companies. Since the start of her career she has been interested in applying technology to transform organizations and create positive impact. That led her to co-found Caleidos in 2013 — an enterprise whose accomplishments include the APN Differentiation Partner of the Year — Peru (2019) and the Ingram Award for Highest-Growth Partner Peru (2025).

María Claudia Márquez Palacios

CTO & Co-founder

Strong background in software development and infrastructure, specialized in DevOps. She has driven digital transformation, automation, and software development projects at top market companies. In 2021 she was named official Amazon Web Services Ambassador, becoming the first ambassador in Peru and the first female ambassador in Latin America. She holds AWS Golden Jacket — granted to professionals who obtain and maintain all 12 active AWS certifications, a global distinction very few professionals achieve. Singularity University alumna, a global leadership community across 127+ countries.
